Take this opportunity to improve brain health, cognition, creativity, and connectivity to others by joining a poetry workshop. You will create one of the oldest poetic forms, Haiku. You will be led to success during the first session, and after writing your own Haiku, will have an opportunity to share or just listen during a second session. Second session is optional. Learn the history of Haiku, its form, health benefits, and an easy formula for creation of poems that will delight you and others.
